The Cosmic Pause grew out the initial phases of COVID-19 in an effort to find meaning, order, and hope. Diana Turner-Forte cultivated several activities: walking in nature, intentional breathing, and drawing mandalas as a way of making sense of all that was happening in the world. As the weeks lingered this volume of writing emerged that reflected her inner feelings, questioning, dynamics and significance of the time.
