The text emphasize on utilization of plants in the vicinity which are commonly available, cost-effective & efficient rather than going for rare & expensive drugs, which will also help in controlling the extensive overuse of few classical drugs thus preventing them from verge of extinction. So its time not to solely depend on the classical Ayurvedic drugs mentioned in text but to understand the principles behind their therapeutic application and utilize them to incorporate recent drugs in Ayurvedic Pharmacopoeia.
