Practical study of cooperative venture organisational design

Based on the case study of international joint venture, the present thesis seeks to analyze features of organizational design enabling to cope with business challenges. An existing paradox, that the frequency of cooperative venture establishments have been steadily increasing over years, herewith remaining high failure rate to meet initial expectations of cooperative ventures parents, fosters to apply existing theory, and provide practical test of organizational design theory applied to smallscale entrepreneurial cooperative arrangements. It is in particular rare within this field of research.
