Planning is all about to improve any organization. Countries and Continents, even Global level plan is becoming a series issue in this modern era. To quote some, Africa recently confirmed 50 years plan and MDG plan where more than 1996 countries involved has a scope of World Wide focus to develop nations. When it is cascaded, the school level plan shares the vision of one country to make education effective in all areas; especially-in participating communities, curriculum development, making conducive teaching-learning environment and building the capacity of school leaders. In this regard, long-term school strategic plan plays a great role. The principal also should involve all stakeholders to incorporate their ideas in developing and implementing school strategic plan to achieve the desired goal of the schools.Thus, this book is very important to entrepreneurs, school principals, NGOs and GOs and other organizations who wish to produce long-term strategic plan for successful accomplishment.

Tesfaye Bunare was born in 1978 in SNNPRS-Ethiopia. He has observed the significance of planning ahead of time to improve any organization, especially when he was a principal of Secondary School. After attending his M.A, he has been participated in University level long-term planning and has taught the topic "Strategic Planning" College Students.
