Since ages children have remained the most vulnerable part of the society.Children are a supremely important asset.Millions of children in various age groups are employed in different areas and are deprived of proper education,health a basic amenities of life.The study done has been quite informative,comprehensive and educative. National and International initiatives and instruments that have made little difference to lives of children have been appropriately and correctly taken into consideration. The study covers essential lacuna's in the prevailing legal system.All prospects relating to child ranging from constitutional safeguards for the child, five year plans of the government,plans relating to education health have been discussed.The problems development and nature of Child Rights have been examined thoroughly. The judiciary has been able to promote the jurisprudence of child rights through precedents which have been scrupulously examined. The principles of statutory interpretation adopted by courts have been earnestly inspected.It covers all national and international mechanisms for child rights.
