Liviu Chirigiu is an acknowledged professor at University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Craiova, Faculty of Pharmacy with more than 2 decades of experience. A prolific author of articles, and 20 books, he participated in 11 grants team. He isolated different compounds from plants, which were later patented as a remedy for Pitiriasis versicolor.
