This book is an effort to look at women at workplace and the various conflicts that surround them. Our effort is to look at society, demographic and organizational variables together. Women at work have raised multiple queries and issues which are still under research. Our effort puts a framework in place for people to pick up these variables and study them to develop and grow in there own direction. The work will be helpful to all researchers working in this field and allow them a comprehensive list to work on
