It is against this background that the author penned down this book the anatomy of emotional intelligence. It is relatively a new concept that is making waves in human relations management. Leaders are now better equipped with emotional intelligence for effective leadership because it mattered as twice as any technical intelligence (Goleman, 1995). The book will tremendously assist facilitators, lecturers, counsellors, mentors, corporate and public executives, employees and learners garnish their human relations particularly in the world of work. It is also an instrument of fostering leadership beyond talking the walking but walking the talking.
