Wrestling is challenging game and proper nutrition is key to success in every game.Lack of nutrients leads to injuries ,poor performance. Wrestlers usually eat too much but important is that whether they are having balanced and proper nutrition or lacking of nutrients. Both male and female wrestlers being approached to get insights of their nutritional status.The demographic profile, dietary habits, exercise habits, sports activity were recorded by using a structured questionnaire.
