This book dicuss about the Networks of libraries in India. A network generally consists of a formal agreement / arrangement whereby materials, Information and services provided by a variety of Libraries, Information Centres and other organisations are made available to all users. The location of the Libraries may be at different areas / places but accept to serve one to another on the same basis as each servers its own clientele. The aim and goal of networking would be equal access of any opportunity to provide total information resources available in every individual and organisation in cooperative way of operation for successful results.

He has more than 25 years of experience. He has published many research papers in various National and International Journals and has delivered many guest lectures.
