This Research it is necessary to assess the impact of of Climate change in the study area and to narrow the gap of the problem of population climate change. It is one of the particular areas where the aforementioned problem is clearly observed in Bale lowlands where area among the 290-food insecure Woredas and recipient of PSNP in the country and keeping up to date information. Therefore, climate variability and fluctuation strongly affect the livelihood of community of Bale lowlands, particularly agricultural production and productivity. The findings of this the research could also be used as one instrument in showing the gap for various stakeholders interested in this area.
