Zusatztext
Industrial growth has been accompanied by imposed environmental risks all around the world. Because of the growing industrialization, the need for oil exploration and transportation is increased so the risks of oil spill accidents are high. A major oil spill can cause long-term and irreversible damages to aquatic environments. The combination of oil spill models with Geographic Information System (GIS) supporting software to predict trajectories at various locations of crude oil are critical to remedial measures after an oil spill. Environmental Sensitivity Index from oil spills can help us identify the places environmental characteristics such as: environment pollution rescue zone, environment destruction areas; places need to be prevented from polluting activities and places need to preserve their ecosystem. In this study, the results provided a scientific foundation to support for the decision making of choosing the investment scenarios.
