Heisch ist ein erfahrener Sprachentrainer in Industrie und Handel. Seit vielen Jahren ist er am Papierzentrum Gernsbach (Bildungsakademie Papier) tätig, wo er kaufmännisches und technisches Englisch für die Papier-, Karton- und Wellpappenindustrie unterrichtet. Darüber hinaus ist er Dozent an der Dualen Hochschule Baden-Württemberg, Fachrichtung Papiertechnik (Bachelor of Engineering).
