The work of God cannot be done by the pastor alone. Every member of the Christian community has a part to play. Leaders come and go but Gods work continues. If the work is to continue unabated as God buries his workmen; more people must be trained to take up the ever continuing challenges. The challenge of the youth and social media in the twenty first century age require fresh training and new ideas if the future of the church is to be secured. This paper seeks to present a few solutions for these challenges.

Dr. Daniel Wambua is the Founder of the Joy Tabernacle Ministries International in Nairobi, Kenya. He oversees Pastoral Training in Tanzania and Malawi under Salt Lake Bible College of the University of America where he is an associate Professor. Daniel is married to Gladys they have three adult sons, James, Thomas and Micaiah and grand children.
