This paper belongs to a series of studies of ours started in early 2000s and focusing on FDI. A series also intended to be continued. FDI are economics and not only, theories regarding their sources and effects of all kinds. Not ultimately, they entered a really new life since 1990s, namely since the communisms fall and the so called emergency of some national economies. In context, this study regards facts developed world-wide for the quarter of century that looks the most relevant for the same FDI.
