Margaret Ngozi Okeke has a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Agricultural Extension. She is a Lecturer in the Department of Agricultural Economics and Extension, Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University, Igbariam, Nigeria. She has published several articles in national and international journals.
