This book dedicated to reader(s) who is/are seeking a best model to predict logistics costs in generally heavy projects in Indonesia and other parts of countries. The yearly pandora boxes are still lasting but this book offers a hope that the desiring model is getting closer to be disclosed. Author has investigated through literature studies, conducting hundreds empirical tests to convince robust model, and come to conclude if logistics costs model presented in this book is quite confidence. The projects as source of data are cement projects in Indonesia within period of 2010-2018. The cement projects have characteristic as heavy projects in terms of scale and scope. It require at least 210,000 tons of materials, require 4 years to complete each of project, involving of 15,000 labors, with total funding at least Rp 4.5 trillion. This book is also equipping knowledge in scientific and empirical for reader(s) to be a great senior manager of logistics. Having footprint how to handle logistics of heavy projects well in order in precisely time and budgets. When reader(s) has/have vast pictures in handling of heavy projects, then It will be enjoying to handle smaller projects later.
