Among the most important natural resources for the development of life, water is the one that stands out the most, because without it it it is impossible to survive. In the search for quality water for human consumption, mineral water presents itself as an alternative, this search has been intensified in cities, probably because they associate it with healthy habits. The objective of this work was to evaluate water samples to identify whether the information contained on the labels of mineral water packages matches the quality of the water contained inside the packages, avoiding that consumers are harmed and that there is no damage to human health.
