Old people are more exposed to have serious physiological disorders and many of them may have in general several common age related diseases such as cancer, chronic kidney failure and diabetes, hypertension, such changes and all age related diseases will be described in our study with all the related medications for each disease, but having several diseases in old persons will certainly force them to be on complex regime of several medication. Therefore the purpose of our study is to define the negative drug-drug interactions in order to avoid them, and to introduce some of the positive combinations of drugs which were already tested in human to improve the outcome of patient's survival, mainly in cancer as an example to resolve such complicated issue hopefully in other type of diseases where combination therapy might be useful such as in uncontrolled hypertension or diabetes. Finally a survey will be performed in a recognized old house in which we will check several factors which may influence mortality such as having several drugs and we will provide old people with anti-aging therapy information and the best diet and a program to change their lifestyle.

Pharmacy students at the International Arab University in Syria, we prepared this research to discuss our graduation project from the university under the supervision of Prof.Dr. Bissan Ahmed and we chose the elderly category as it is the most exposed to the risk of drug interactions and to help increase the life of the elderly.
