Dr.R.Ramachandran, Assistant Professor, Department of Economics, Jairam Arts and Science College, Salem 08, Tamil Nadu, India. He obtained his Ph.D., in the field of Health Economics. He was awarded URF, ICSSR Doctoral Fellow for his Doctoral work. He had contributed 20 research article in reputed journals and 10 research papers in edited volume.
