This book portrays a scientific research about using Sending Rate of packets to control Computer Networking Congestion. There are many approaches that needs expertise in Computer Network Congestion Control and yet very expensive. However, this is an approach, which though needs a bit of experience, is simply very easy to execute and better still very economical. The outcome of the research is so precise such that working within its confines produces incredible results. All the scientific results had been proven and you can still try the used values, verify and certify its authenticity to boost your confidence in its usage should the need be. The methodology and the applied techniques are such that human errors are done away with easily. Testing a given throughput for a given number of times would give out same results under the same given conditions. When well executed, a whole traffic mess could be avoided thus making transmissions and of packets less restrictive with less or no delays.
