Vocational training is linked to a personal project, it must be the result of a reflexive exercise and knowledge of oneself, of the reality of the individual, the recognition of one's environment, and the final commitment to benefit society with the knowledge and skills acquired after training. If the objective of formal education is to offer the student tools that allow him/her to develop in a positive way in his/her daily life, the gap between secondary and higher education (or tertiary) must be closed from the classrooms, since it is the task of the education sector to propose actions through which the true interests of the student, his/her attitudes, aptitudes, abilities, competences and limitations can be discovered, in order to put them in function of the context in which he/she develops day by day.
