Siracusa</span><span> is professor in Human Security and International Diplomacy and Deputy Dean of Global and Language Studies, in the School of Global, Urban, and Social Studies, at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University, Melbourne, Australia. He is internationally known for his writings on nuclear history, diplomacy, and presidential politics. He is also a frequent political affairs commentator in the Australian media, including ABC Radio National.</span></span>
