- Kapileshwar Labh, born on 05-07-1938, took his M.A. degree from Patna University, Patna in 1960, and Ph. D. from Indian school of international studies, New Delhi in 1969. He joined the post Documentation oOfficer at the school of international studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi in 1971. In addition to documentation work, he taught foreign policy of Bhutan. He is the author of India and Bhutan, New Delhi 1974. He retired from JNU in July 2000.
