Sie arbeitet seit 17 Jahren als Executive und Team Coach, Organisations- und Personalentwicklerin hauptsächlich für internationale Großunternehmen in der Finanzbranche, IT und Pharmaindustrie. Mit der SolutionsAcademy gründete Frau Dierolf ein Beratungsunternehmen und einen Fachverlag mit Spezialisierung auf lösungsfokussierten Prozessen in Organisationen. Es geht nie um Ursachenanalyse oder Schuldzuweisung und Klassifizierung, sondern immer um die Ziele der Kunden, deren Ressourcen und erste Schritte. She has been working as executive and team coach, organizational and talent developer since 1996 mainly for global corporations in finance, IT and the pharmaceutical industry. Kirsten is founder and manager of "SolutionsAcademy" an international consulting firm and publishing house specializing in solution-focus practice in organisations. Her work never revolves around analyzing root causes or identifying who is to blame or classifications of any sort. Her consistent focus is on the goals and resources of her clients and the first steps toward reaching a desired future. This way, Kirsten is able to help move the trickiest situations forward in the most complex and difficult environments. Kirsten has worked in across Europe, North and South America, Africa, Asia and Australia (the penguins are still missing). She enjoys public speaking and has given many keynotes on almost all continents. She teaches in the "Master of Supervision" program at the protestant university of applied science in Freiburg. Kirsten is "EU-ambassador for female entrepreneurship", a title awarded by the European Commission, and president of SFCT, the association for the quality development of solution-focused consulting and training.
